Delete Your Account

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your Avenzo account and personal data at any time.

You can permanently delete your Avenzo account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how to request deletion.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and password are permanently anonymised — they cannot be recovered
  • Your push notification device tokens are deleted immediately
  • You are signed out of all devices

What Is Retained

Past order records are retained in anonymised form (unlinked from your identity) for up to 5 years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes. This is required by Indian law. These records do not contain your name, email, or phone number after deletion.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

  1. Open the Avenzo app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation and tap Confirm Delete.
  5. You will be signed out immediately and your personal data will be anonymised.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Email: privacy@avenzo.in
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: the email address or phone number registered to your account.

We will process your deletion request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation.

This Action Is Permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. After deletion, you can create a new Avenzo account with the same email or phone number — but your previous order history will not be accessible.
